Campaign signs are popping up – it is a sign that an election is coming. But years ago, Henry decided that planting trees was superior to planting (littering) signs throughout the neighborhood. He would tie a blue ribbon around the tree as a reminder of the responsibility we have to our environment but also our responsibility to elect leaders that care about community.

When Henry and his volunteer walkers come to your door, offer to tie a blue ribbon around a tree in your front yard. It might even be a tree that Henry planted. Let it be a sign of support that “We believe in Henry!” [old picture of Henry planting tree]
